Each of our Parks provides the perfect holiday base for touring, self catering, glamping holidays, holiday homes and lodges. Hill of Oaks, Buck Yeats, Newby Bridge and Waterfoot Park are located within the Lake District National Park in spectacular settings around Windermere and Ullswater. Woodclose Park is located on the borders between The National Park and Yorkshire Dales, within walking distance of the market town Kirkby Lonsdale and Devils Bridge on the River Lune.

All Parks have an excellent range of additional facilities available dependant on location include private jetties, boat launching, electric and mountain bike hire, outdoor cooking areas, family friendly bathrooms, electric car Twizzy hire in addition to a wide selection of self catering accommodation, serviced touring pitches and private holiday homes. All Parks have direct access or within easy reach of walking and cycling routes, boat trips, watersports, local bars, tearooms and restaurants, public transport links and visitor attractions.

 
 

Woodclose Park

Near Kirkby Lonsdale between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Park

Award winning Woodclose Park is in the beautiful valley of the River Lune, set within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The Lake District National Park is easily accessible from Woodlcose, and just a ten minute walk away is Kirkby Lonsdale; with its famous inns and tearooms, Devils Bridge and Ruskin's favourite view. The Park offers touring, self catering and glamping holidays as well as exclusive pitches for private holiday homes and lodges. Set within nine acres, the Park looks out across spectacular views of the countryside, with direct access to many walking and cycling routes.

Excellent facilities on site include serviced pitches, private family bathrooms, Wi-Fi, outdoor glamping cooking area with easy access to fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding and golf activities. Dog friendly park, main season is 1st March - end October. Hill Of Oaks Park

On Windermere within easy access to Bowness on Windermere

Set amongst the slopes of ancient woodland, Hill of Oaks Park is located along eleven kilometres of Lake Windermere's shoreline with exclusive lake frontage and private boating facilities. The Park offers touring, self catering and glamping holidays with exclusive pitches for private holiday homes and lodges. The Park has private jetties and boat launching facilities with six piers along the main shore. All customers have access to the slipways and jetty facilities. The Park is located a short distance from Bowness-on-Windermere and within easy access of all main routes into and around the National Park. An ideal location for those looking for water sports activities.

Buck Yeats Lodge Park

On Windermere within easy access to Lakeside

Buck Yeats is a private Holiday Home development in one of the most idyllic settings on the shores of Lake Windermere within the heart of the Lake District National Park. Set within 20 acres of private woodlands the Park offers an exclusive location for just 12 private holiday lodges with lakeside views and access to a private jetty. The Park has no facilities for touring or self catering and there is no shop or reception on site. It is a very private, secluded site with direct access to its own boat launching and jetty facilities on Lake Windermere.

The Park is within walking distance of Lakeside Hotel, ferry connections to Bowness and Ambleside, Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway and The Lakeside Aquarium. Exclusive pitches for privately owned Holiday Lodges.

Waterfoot Park

Overlooking Ullswater in the National Park within easy access to Pooley Bridge

Waterfoot Park is set within a spectacular location overlooking Ullswater in the extension grounds of a Georgian Mansion. The Park offers touring, self catering, wigwams and exclusive pitches for private holiday homes. Whether you have a love of the outdoors or you simply want to relax and enjoy the views, Waterfoot Park has it all. The Park is within ten minutes walk of the market town of Pooley Bridge and Ullswater 'Steamers' Pier. Nearby, there are a multitude of bridleways, footpaths and access to the Ullswater Way, a new footpath network around the whole of the Lake. Keep an eye out for local wildlife as this is a hotspot for Red Squirrels and Deer.

Newby Bridge Country Caravan Park

Located to the Southern end of Windermere

Newby Bridge Country Caravan Park offers self catering caravan and cottage holidays and private holiday homes for sale. Self catering caravan holidays include a fully accessible self catering caravan for hire. Located within 12 acres of wild woodland, facilities on site include Wi-Fi and a children's play area. A local shop is located approximately a five minute walk away from the Park. The town of Newby Bridge is approximately a ten minute walk from the Park with Lake Windermere, Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway and The Lakeside Aquarium all nearby. The historical village of Cartmel is close to the Park, famous for its sticky toffee pudding, racecourse and the Cartmel Priory. 

The Park offers an excellent location for those with a love of the outdoors, within easy reach of many walking and cycling routes. Water based activities on Lake Windermere are easily accessible.
