Hours: 1 of these roles will be 18 hours (3 out of 7 working shift pattern, with a flexible working pattern) | 1 of these roles will be 12 hours (2 out of 7 working shift pattern, with a flexible working pattern). Occasional weekend work will be required.
Salary: £10.62 per hour

About the Job

We have 2 new opportunities for a Sales Dispatcher to join our growing team at The Veg Patch. You’ll provide additional support to our small, tight-knit crew, helping process orders received through our website from initial contact by the customer through to packaging and sending the parcels for delivery.

Working as a sales order processor, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Processing and packaging customer orders.
  • Managing deliveries and returns.

Person Specification

You will be friendly, proactive and capable of working both alone and as part of a small team. Previous administrative experience would be preferred, as would some computer literacy. Due to the nature of the role and the requirements to move packages around, an appropriate level of fitness and mobility is required.
