Are the Peter Rabbit Shops and Pooley Bridge Information Centre open?
Peter Rabbit & Friends Keswick and Bowness stores have re-opened. Hawkshead dates are to be finalised. Pooley Bridge Information Centre is now OPEN.
Can I make a holiday booking with you?
We are currently not accepting any NEW holiday bookings before 17th July 2020. You can make a booking with us for holidays after 17th July if you wish to. Please note if you do make a booking and the COVID-19 situation has changed you will not be charged an administration fee to transfer your booking to a later date or you can request a refund. Bookings are open for the 2021 season at 2020 prices too.
I am a holiday home owner, when can I return to my holiday home?
Our holiday owners have been welcomed back to our Parks on the 4th of July.
Are you open for holiday home sales ?
Yes we are open now for holiday home sales by appointment only. Please contact the Park directly to arrange an appointment.
We are experiencing a high level of enquiries relating to advanced bookings including via social media, telephone calls and web chat. If you have any questions or queries relating to your booking or visiting the parks, we are currently prioritising enquiries and contacting those customers with reservations in the next 14 days. We are referring other enquiries to our customer services department, please email; email@example.com. We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
