The Self-Catering Lodge is comprised of an open plan living area with oak flooring throughout and vaulted ceilings. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area with a plasma screen television and all the expected gadgets! Patio doors from the lounge lead to a private balcony with views over Lake Windermere and private woodlands. The double bedroom has lake views in addition to an ensuite shower room.
Silverholme is a three bedroom ground floor Self-Catering Apartment that sleeps up to six persons, overlooking Lake Windermere. Silverholme comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, log burning stove, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and fantastic views over Lake Windermere. Dogs are not allowed in Silverholme.

Cartmel Lodge is a two-bedroom, pet free property. The Cartmel Lodge features one bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a separate family bathroom. The main living area comprises of two large sofas, window seat and dining table and a fully fitted kitchen. To the rear is a private garden and decking area.
We have three self-catering Superior Plus caravans on Newby Bridge Park sleeping up to four persons with one double and one twin bedroom. The double room features an en-suite toilet, and there is also a separate shower room. The spacious open plan lounge/dining area with TV/DVD leads from the kitchen with an enclosed veranda and picnic bench outside for alfresco dining. Property is fully equipped and includes bedding/towels and a private parking space.
The Derwent is a fully accessible self-catering Caravan that sleeps up to four persons in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two full-size single beds. The separately accessible wetroom with toilet and shower is located off the central corridor with wide frame doors throughout the interior. Fully equipped kitchen, with low-level appliances leading into open plan diner and living room. Ramped access and veranda to located to the front.
Our one bedroom holiday Apartments feature an open plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge, overlooking the Marina. There is a patio which has steps down to the side of the Marina. Some are dog-friendly so please enquire when booking.

These holiday Cottages are situated in Sandpiper House and feature a large open plan living space and ground floor bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs is a mezzanine layout with a separate bedroom and bathroom. There is also a large shared garden to the rear of each cottage.
For that extra space, our three bedroom holiday Cottage/Townhouses are perfect. The self catering accommodation contains a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, two bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs and a very spacious open plan living space on the ground floor. These also feature a patio with steps leading down to the side of the Marina.
Captain's Cottage is a cosy three-bedroom, two bathroom cottage that sleeps up to six people, in the heart of Pooley Bridge village on Ullswater. Captain's Cottage sits on the banks of the River Eamont. On entering the holiday cottage; the hallway offers ample space for coats and boots before opening onto an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The cottage is fully equipped, including TV and wood burning stove. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a large enclosed garden to the rear with direct river access.
M.Y Raven self-catering Cottage is located in the World Heritage Lake District National Park overlooking Ullswater. On entering the cottage there is ample space for coats and boots before entering the large open plan living room. The quality fitted kitchen is well appointed with fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher and has plenty of space to cook and entertain. The patio door from the large lounge and dining area open onto the patio and the large windows flood the room with light and offer views across the grounds. Large, comfortable, leather sofas and a cosy log fire offer the ideal place to relax in an evening and the large dining table is great for socialising in an evening over dinner or to gather the family for breakfast in the morning. Upstairs there are four bedrooms; the master bedroom with double bed offers TV, lake views and ensuite shower room, the second room can be made up either as a double bed or two 2'6” single beds and has a TV and views to the lake.
