Lake District Estates is a family owned company based in Kendal. Our main areas of operation are residential lettings, caravan parks and farms in and around the Lake District National Park.
The company specialises in providing comfortable unfurnished properties for medium to long-term letting. The properties range from flats to houses and are over a wide geographical area from Ambleside to Kendal and Newby Bridge to Ullswater.
We have our own property maintenance team with specialist craftsmen who are able to refurbish properties to a high standard and deal swiftly with day-to-day maintenance issues.
