For years, Lake District Estates has been helping people make the most of their time in the North West of England. We're a family-owned business and have holiday parks in the Lake District and Kirkby Lonsdale, and a marina in Lancashire. We also own some of the Lake District's top visitor attractions, including the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway, Ullswater 'Steamers', and Peter Rabbit and Friends™ shops. Plus, we manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, and have a growing collection of holiday homes for sale.

Hill of Oaks
Hill of Oaks Lodge & Caravan Park is the ideal base for exploring the best of the Lake District. Much of our accommodation is pet-friendly, and all our guests can enjoy unlimited use of our on-site facilities including private jetties, boat launching slipways, and ferry service to Lakeside.

Clea Hall Park is nestled in a quiet location in the Cumbrian countryside, but is within easy reach the of M6 and some of the best places to visit in the North West. Our park is home to a range of holiday homes, some of which are for sale, as well as a bar.
Buck Yeats Lodge Park is home to an exclusive collection of holiday homes surrounded by 13 acres of private woodland. You'll find us in Lakeside, on the southern shores of Lake Windermere, within easy reach of some of the most popular towns and visitor attractions in the Lake District.

The Peter Rabbit and Friends™ shops celebrate the legacy of one of the Lake District's best-loved residents, children's writer Beatrix Potter. Each shop sells a range of gifts associated with the writer's timeless collection of stories, from books and stationery to children's toys.
This award-winning attraction is celebrating over 160 years of operating cruises on England’s most beautiful lake. Cruises connect to some of the most famous walking routes, including the Ullswater Way and the famous William Wordsworth daffodils at Glencoyne Bay.
Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway
The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway is one of the oldest and longest narrow gauge railways in England. The journey is from Ravenglass, the only coastal village in the Lake District National Park, across the estuary, through the hills to the final destination of Dalegarth for Boot Station.
